ἐνασκηθέντας οἷς ἔμελλον οἱ δῆμοι κυβερνᾶσθαι σωτηρίως τηνικαῦτα εἰσοικίζεσθαι, χρησομένους εὐθὺς ταῖς τῶν δικαίων παρασκευαῖς ἐν ὁμονοίᾳ καὶ κοινωνίᾳ καὶ διανομῇ τῶν ἐπιβαλλόντων ἑκάστοις. IV.
